Paid channels

Pay-per-view and subscription channels

Charge a subscription for your 24/7 channel, rent or sell videos one by one, or lock a channel with a password. Viewers pay with Fluger credits and you withdraw what you earn.

Subscription channels need to be at least 30 days old, with 20 or more videos and Auto Mode on.

Ways to charge viewers

There are three: subscriptions to a 24/7 channel, pay-per-view for on-demand videos, and password-protected channels for audiences you choose. In your own TV apps you can also sell subscriptions through the app stores.

What you can charge for

Channel subscriptions

Set a weekly, monthly or annual price. Give viewers free minutes to try the channel and a grace period if a payment fails.

Pay-per-view

In an on-demand channel, let viewers rent a video for a number of days, buy it, or both, at the price you set.

Password protection

Require a password to watch a channel and share it only with the people you choose.

Subscriptions in your TV apps

Sell subscriptions in your own apps through the App Store, Google Play, Amazon and Roku, with optional 7, 14 or 30-day free trials.

Payouts

Credits viewers spend on your channel go to your balance. Withdraw by bank transfer or PayPal, with a 5% withdrawal fee.

Or earn from ads

Free channels can earn from video ads instead, with your own VAST tag.
