Images module

The Images module is your site’s media library: folders and image files you can reuse in widgets (Hero slides, Image widget, HTML editor insertions, etc.).

Open Images

  1. Sign in to /admin.
  2. Click Images in the sidebar (requires Images permission).

Folders

  • Organize files into folders (and subfolders if supported).
  • Create folder adds a new container; name folders clearly (e.g. heroes, team, logos).

Uploading

  • Use Upload (or drag-and-drop if your UI supports it).
  • Supported formats depend on server configuration (commonly JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF).

Using images elsewhere

  • Image widget — pick one or more library images, optional slider mode.
  • Hero widget — each slide can reference library images with a chosen variant (size).
  • HTML content editor — often includes an image picker that lists library images.

Images are stored per website; they are not shared automatically with other sites on your account.

Rename and delete

  • Rename updates display names or file metadata (UI-dependent).
  • Delete removes the file from the library; widgets that still reference that image may show a broken image until you update them.

Permissions

Roles may allow only some actions:

  • Create folders
  • Upload
  • Rename
  • Delete
