Insite Credits

The Insite Credits page is where you manage your credit balance on Fluger. Credits are used for payments inside the platform and can also be earned through subscriptions on your channels.

What Are Insite Credits?

Insite Credits are Fluger’s internal currency used to:

  • Pay for subscription-required channels

  • Collect earnings from subscription-based channels you own

  • Withdraw earnings to PayPal or a bank account (when eligible)

Credits give you a single balance system for both spending and earning.

Credit Balances Explained

On the Credits page, you will see two balances:

Current Balance

This is the total number of credits currently available in your account.

It includes:

  • Purchased credits

  • Earned credits

  • Credits that are not yet eligible for withdrawal

This balance is used for spending inside Fluger.

Withdrawable Balance

This is the portion of your credits that can be withdrawn as money.

Key rules:

  • Only credits in the Withdrawable Balance can be withdrawn

  • Credits not marked as withdrawable cannot be cashed out

  • Withdrawals can be sent to PayPal or a bank account

If a credit is not in this balance, it cannot be withdrawn — period.

Withdrawing Credits

You can withdraw credits only from the Withdrawable Balance.

  • Withdrawals are sent to PayPal or a linked bank account

  • If your withdrawable balance is zero, withdrawals are not available

  • Credits in your current balance but not withdrawable cannot be withdrawn

This separation prevents accidental or invalid payouts.

How top-up works

  1. Open the Top Up page

  2. Select a credit pack

  3. Complete the purchase

Once payment is successful:

  • Credits appear immediately in your Current Balance

  • No manual approval is required

  • Credits are ready to use right away

How Credits Can Be Used

Paying for Subscription-Required Channels

Credits can be used to:

  • Access paid channels

  • Cover subscription-based viewing costs

Instead of paying with a card each time, credits are deducted from your balance.

Earning Credits as a Channel Owner

You earn credits by:

  • Creating subscription-based channels

  • Allowing viewers to subscribe to your content

When viewers pay for access:

  • Credits are added to your balance

  • Eligible earnings move into your Withdrawable Balance over time

This allows creators to monetize directly on Fluger.

Important Notes

  • Not all credits are withdrawable

  • Withdrawals are limited to the Withdrawable Balance only

  • Purchased credits are primarily for usage, not withdrawal

  • You are responsible for managing your credit balance
