My Profile — Update your account details
The My Profile page is where you update your name, email address, and password — the basic information tied to your Fluger account login. It's also where you can jump to your account subscription details.
Open it at fluger.tv/profile, or click your name in the top-right menu and choose My Profile.
What's on the page
The page has two tabs across the top: Profile and Subscriptions.
Profile tab
The default tab. From here you can change:
- First name — used in greetings, on outgoing emails from the system, and anywhere your name appears in the dashboard.
- Last name — same.
- Email address — the address tied to your account. This is what we send notifications and password-reset links to.
- Password — three fields: Current password, New password, Repeat new password.
You can update any subset of these. Leave the password fields blank if you only want to change your name or email — Fluger doesn't require your current password unless you're actually changing the password itself.
When you're done, click Update Profile.
Subscriptions tab
The second tab shows your active plan and gives you the entry point to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your billing details. The full mechanics of plan management are covered in Manage subscriptions.
Changing your password
- Type your current password in the Current password field.
- Type your new password in both the New password and Repeat new password fields. They must match exactly.
- Click Update Profile.
You'll need to log in again with the new password on any other device or browser session. The current browser session usually stays logged in.
Changing your email address
- Replace the value in the Email address field with your new email.
- Leave the password fields blank.
- Click Update Profile.
Depending on your security settings, Fluger may send a confirmation email to the new address before the change takes effect. Check the inbox of the new address — if there's a confirmation link, click it.
If you no longer have access to your old email and you're locked out, contact support with proof of account ownership.
What's not on this page
- Your username — the login handle (e.g.
flugermarketing) — is fixed at signup and isn't editable. If you absolutely need to change it, contact support. - Your channel branding (logo, colors, brand assets) — those live on the Brand Settings page, not here. Brand Settings controls how your channels look to viewers; My Profile controls your personal account.
- Public-page details (the page at
fluger.tv/page/{your-username}) — see Public page for that. - Notification preferences, payout details, and credits — those have their own pages. See Credits for payout settings.
Troubleshooting
- "Update Profile is disabled." One of the required fields is empty, or the two password fields don't match. Check the field outlines for the missing/invalid one.
- "I forgot my current password and can't log in to change it." Don't try to change it from this page. Log out and use Forgot password? on the login page.
- "I changed my email and never got the confirmation link." Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, try again from this page — make sure you typed the new address correctly. Still nothing? Contact support.
- "Why doesn't this page have my date of birth / country / phone number?" Those are collected by a separate onboarding wizard during signup. They aren't editable from My Profile today. If you need to update them, contact support.
